GEM ships most online orders via The United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a tracking number in your shipping email. USPS delivers priority mail in 2-3 business days. If it is more cost-effective for GEM to ship larger orders using FedEx, we will use FedEx Ground which has a standard of delivering orders in 2-3 business days as well. If you believe your order is taking longer than expected please contact us. Keep in mind weekends and holidays add to your delivery time.
We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more are shipped for free. We strive to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
GEM does not currently ship internationally.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
GEM is sure that after purchasing any one of our great products you will be fully satisfied. In the event that you're not completely satisfied, the following Return/Exchange policy will help us more quickly attend to your needs.
*Exchanges and returns must take place within 30 days of purchase.
First, locate your invoice which should have been shipped with your order. Then write us a brief note explaining what the problem is with your purchase (wrong color, wrong size, damaged, didn't like) and how you would like us to handle the transaction. You may exchange the item or ask for a refund. On that same note, be sure to include a contact name, daytime phone number. Finally, mail the product (we recommend tracking your package), a copy of the Invoice and note to:

Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making an exchange there may be a shipping charge added to your order (this will be determined by the weight of the additional items). A GEM representative will contact you with the shipping cost should one be added prior to completing your order. Please remember that if you would like to add additional items to your order or there is a price difference, please send us your payment information complete with expiration date and 3 digit code.
Customers requesting a refund must present a copy of their original invoice in order to receive a credit. Customers returning merchandise without a copy of their original invoice are only entitled to an exchange. Also please note shipping is non-refundable if an error was not made on your shipment. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and return delivery.
